		<description>Well, we found the same thing, that the corn flour empanadas were dry and far weaker than the wheat flour ones.  In fact, when we ask the opinion of our waitress before ordering, she steered us away from the traditional corn empanadas. The thing is, I actually liked the corn flour shell as much or more than the wheat ones.  I think the dryness of this restaurant&#039;s traditional empanadas comes not from the corn flour, but inferior filling.  With better fillings I suspect the traditional empanadas at this place could be as yummy as the contemporary ones made with wheat flour.</description>
