		<description>I want you to know that the grilled cheese and tomato sandwich, while not particularly distinctive, was excellent. And the pickle spear was great!

BTW, technically, the Cookery is in the town of Sugar Camp, north of Rhinelander. 

I thought one of many high points of our Eagle River trip was the snow shoe adventure in the forest.  What fun!  And, of course, sitting in front of the fire, talking excitedly about the upcoming inauguration and the Obama administration. We enjoyed every minute.</description>
