With the Capitol Brewery beer batter, this fish fry is pretty formidable. I'd say it's probably better than Captain Bill's, Middleton's other choice fish fry, but for the best fish fry in the Madison area, you still have to go the Avenue Bar on East Washington Ave. I bet Empanada Dad will agree...
